Open Mic Comedy Competition – May 8

Think you’ve got what it takes to win over a crowd? Join Tim “Bubs” Ellison at Spirit House on May 8 for an exciting Open Mic Comedy Competition!

First-time comedians are absolutely welcome, so whether you’re stepping on stage for the very first time or you’ve got some experience under your belt, this is your chance to shine. Each comedian will get up to 8 minutes to perform.

The winner of the night will advance to the finals (date to be announced) and earn a featured 10-minute set at the Braumart Theater in Iron Mountain this July.

The audience plays a key role—each audience member gets a vote for their favorite comedian. Want to support your favorite even more? Additional votes will be available for purchase at Spirit House.

Come out for a night of laughs, competition, and great energy!

Comedians: Sign up starts at 6 pm and is free. Your name will randomly be drawn for the line up.
Spectators: Show begins at 7 pm.
